Account Manager

• In this position you will represent our electronic security solutions directly with customers — both on-site and remotely.
• You will acquire new customers and continuously develop existing relationships with a focus on long-term collaboration.
• In direct exchanges with customers you will capture their requirements, question them carefully, and derive technically sound solutions.
• You will prepare solutions and systems so that they are understandable and comprehensible for both decision-makers and end users.
• Together with engineering, estimating and project management you will develop proposals that are technically well-structured and economically viable.
• You will support projects throughout their entire lifecycle — from the first conversation through successful implementation to contract conclusion.
• A key focus of your work will be fire alarm systems (Brandmeldetechnik, BMA), which you will actively develop and manage in day-to-day operations.
• In addition, you will support the expansion of video technology/video surveillance and advance this business area with a growth-oriented approach.
• You will keep an eye on market and technology developments and derive impulses for the further development of the sales organization.
