About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively acquire new customers in the field of electronic security technology
  • Manage and expand selected existing customers, including analyzing modernization and expansion potential
  • Determine customer requirements and develop customized solutions (BMA, EMA, Video, ZuKo, SAA, ELA)
  • Present our systems and services to decision-makers and end users
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, project management and service to prepare customer-specific proposals
  • Support the quotation process, solution and project business, and assist in negotiations
  • Monitor market and technology trends and identify new business opportunities in the security environment
  • Create and maintain process descriptions and documentation to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, particularly for quality assurance in service, hotline and customer communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical or commercial training with further qualification as a technician, master craftsman or degree — ideally in electrical engineering, communication technology or security technology
  • Several years of professional experience in security technology with a solid understanding of systems such as BMA, EMA, video surveillance, access control, SAA and ELA
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN 14675, VDE 0833, EN 54) is an advantage
  • Experience in technical sales, especially in solution- and project-based business
  • Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills to interact professionally with customers, partner companies and technical departments
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to present complex technical content in an understandable way
  • Business-fluent German (C1)
