• Lead, develop, and manage the regional Operations team to achieve organizational goals
• Foster a strong company culture among staff, suppliers, travelers, and the wider community
• Promote and integrate G Adventures Core Values across all organizational activities
• Facilitate collaboration and innovation through regular training sessions, brainstorming meetings, and coordination with Operations staff, CEOs, and suppliers

Regional Operations Manager – Western & Southern Europe

Chief Marketing Officer

• Develop and implement the trade marketing strategy for the European market, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners across Europe, including travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia.
• Create and execute trade marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand visibility within the European travel trade.
• Develop and manage trade-specific marketing materials, tools, and resources, such as brochures, content, merchandise, and incentive programs.
• Organise and participate in trade events, workshops, and roadshows to promote G Adventures and engage with travel partners.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
• Manage the trade marketing budget for Europe, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and support the achievement of sales targets in the European market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the European travel trade.
• Ensure all trade marketing activities are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
• This role forms part of a tight and agile team, and it’s important to understand that while our mission remains our key focus, the responsibilities within this role may evolve over time, including changes and additions, and you will be expected to adapt at pace with those changes.

Marketing Executive

Product Manager

• Product Development and Enhancement Execution & Stakeholder Engagement
• Bridge the local knowledge gap between the Product team and the region.
• Work closely to communicate and execute on the product strategy for the region with the local senior leadership team in Operations and Buying.
• Own the execution of the stage gate process within the region.
• Identify and communicate trending destinations, activities or opportunities for new products in the region.
• Help make our product industry leading in each destination.
• Product Development & Market Analysis
• Work with the Operations and Buying team to complete the stage gate for new and changed trips meeting production deadlines.
• Provide the Product Specialist with the needed information and content to write web, brochure and sales training content.
• Conduct site inspections, vendor brand training and product training as required.
• Content Development & Communication
• Write initial content for draft itineraries and initial technical itineraries.
• Identifying all services that need to be budgeted and contracted by the buyers.
• Identify opportunities for new optional activities and work with the Product Specialist to execute on the stage gate for the product.
• Initiating the contracting process with the buying team.
• Work with the Destination team on product improvement plans and NPS monitoring.
• Support global updates or audit requirements and action as necessary within the region as requested by the Product Team.
• Review and approve content change when appropriate, work with the Director for the region.
• Help support the travel style training and requirements within the region.
• Other tasks as needed and prioritized.

• Drive annual growth, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives by collaborating with senior leadership and ensuring regional alignment.
• Identify and cultivate new trip ideas, relationships, and market opportunities to foster regional growth, differentiation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and manage profitable on-tour ancillary revenue streams that align with the service needs of G Adventures travelers.
• Work with the centralized yield team to optimize trip profitability across product tiers and identify areas for sales, marketing, and yield intervention.
• Stay current with local regulations to ensure the company maintains a competitive and reputable market position.

• Commit to and implement best practices for delivering exceptional service to all Destination Management Company (DMC) relationships.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers and Supervisors to maintain efficient and effective processes based on centralized guidelines, facilitating seamless inter-departmental and inter-office communication.
• Encourage and disseminate best practices within and across responsible teams, and to Basecamp operations and other regions.
• Work with the centralized service and admin team to ensure daily Reservations, Accounts Payable (AP) and CEO Admin support for the regions.
• Manage office overhead budgets in line with the Finance team and Vice President of Operations guidelines, ensuring operations run on or under budget annually.
• Prioritize the safety and security of passengers and staff in all operational decisions and procedures.
• Lead Critical Incident Management (CIM) as required, supported by the global CIM team.
