About the role

  • Act as a proactive Executive Enablement Partner delivering strategic, operational, and executive support to clients.
  • Rapidly identify, analyse and resolve complex challenges, implementing efficient solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage technology and AI to enhance productivity, refine systems and scale operations.
  • Manage client relationships strategically, aligning services to clear, measurable client outcomes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Operate across multiple business functions (Finance, HR, Operations, Executive Assistance, Project and Event Management) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support US-based clients with culturally fluent, context-aware service during US business hours.
  • Work autonomously on fractional, client-by-client assignments, adapting to changing workloads and priorities.

  • Comfortable supporting US-based clients with an understanding of local context, cultural norms, communication styles, and business expectations.
  • Consistent availability during US business hours (particularly Eastern EST/EDT and Central CST).
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 100 hours per month with flexibility to scale up depending on client need.
  • Comfortable with a non-fixed schedule and fractional, contract-based assignments.
