• Translate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction across short term improvements and longer term strategy.
• Embed structured learning loops into how we operate so insight compounds over time.
• Raise the bar of research and product thinking across the team by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks or rituals to get the team closer to customers.

• Run a continuous test-and-learn programme across lifecycle — A/B tests, segmentation experiments, send-time tests, copy variants — always with a clear hypothesis and a commercial read on results.
• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns from activation and onboarding through to retention and expansion, across both our prosumer and B2B audiences.
• Manage our CRM tool setup — workflows, sequences, segmentation, lead scoring — and keep it running reliably and scalably as we grow.
• Use data to understand where users drop off, where engagement is highest, and where the biggest commercial opportunities sit. Act on what you find.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Eng to keep lifecycle campaigns timely, relevant, and joined up across the customer journey.
• Report on campaign impact clearly and regularly, focused on commercial outcomes and what we’re doing differently as a result.

• Own the front line of customer support across chat, email and video - resolving issues end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating to Product Engineering only when genuinely needed
