Project Manager

• Structure and maintain the project management methodologies, standards, and processes of the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Manage and monitor the project portfolio for the services directorate.
• Define governance, monitoring, and reporting models for projects.
• Consolidate and present executive reports and project performance indicators.
• Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance.
• Ensure standardization of project documentation, schedules, and project controls.
• Support project leaders and managers in driving initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Support audits, governance controls, and quality initiatives related to projects.
• Act as an interface between the directorate, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
