About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute penetration tests (black box, gray box and white box) against web and mobile applications, APIs, internal/external networks and cloud environments.
- Perform social engineering, phishing simulations and Red Team exercises when applicable.
- Document findings in clear technical and executive reports, including evidence, risk classification (CVSS) and remediation recommendations.
- Track and validate the remediation of vulnerabilities with development and infrastructure teams, performing retests as needed.
- Provide complementary support to Threat Intelligence activities, including:
- Monitoring and analysis of data leaks.
- Analysis and investigation of phishing campaigns.
- Execution and follow-up of takedown processes (removal of malicious domains, pages and content).
- Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, contributing to the team’s technical development.
- Stay up to date on new attack techniques, CVEs, TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK) and threat landscape trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Hold one of the following certifications: OSCP, DCPT or CEH (required).
- Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in penetration testing and offensive security.
- Deep knowledge of exploitation of vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), Active Directory, post-exploitation and lateral movement, and defense evasion techniques.
- Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash or PowerShell).
- Good written communication and the ability to produce technical and managerial reports.
