About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical specialist during the sales process, translating business requirements into technical proposals, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations while balancing efficiency, innovation, and viability.
Gather technical and functional requirements from clients, understanding needs, environments, and constraints.
Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution flows, and integration models.
Support technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and client workshops.
Identify technical risks, integration needs, and potential customizations of the proposed solutions.
Collaborate with the services team to align proposed solutions with the technical roadmap and delivery capacity.
Support the Marketing team with technical information and insights for commercial and corporate materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical pre-sales and/or solution architecture.
Solid knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, information security, and cybersecurity.
Clear technical communication skills with clients and internal teams, and the organization to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
