Product Manager

• Du unterstützt die (Weiter-) Entwicklung unserer Produkte von der ersten Idee über Sampling und Lieferantensteuerung bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung - datenbasiert, hands-on und immer mit Blick auf die Funzy Zielgruppe.
• Gleichzeitig stellst du sicher, dass Qualität, Produktdaten und Compliance stimmen: von Zertifikaten und CE-Dokumentation bis zur Einhaltung relevanter EU-Regularien und Normen entlang der gesamten Supply-Chain.
• Du identifizierst neue Produktideen und -kategorien durch fundierte Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen und überführst diese in konkrete Konzepte, die zu Funzy passen.
• Du steuerst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess: von Briefing, Materialauswahl und Sampling über Tests bis zur Markteinführung.
• Du analysierst Kundenfeedback datenbasiert (Retourengründe, Support-Tickets, Reviews, UGC-Fotos/-Videos) und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Lieferanten zusammen, löst Qualitäts- und Produktprobleme pragmatisch und setzt Verbesserungen direkt um.
• Du definierst und pflegst Produktspezifikationen (Maße, Materialien, Komponenten, Verpackung) und stellst eine saubere Übergabe an Operations/Logistik sicher.
• Du verantwortest unser Zertifikatsmanagement (z. B. TÜV, OEKO-TEX, ggf. GS): Dokumentation, Laufzeiten, Erneuerungen und Abstimmung mit Partnern.
• Du erstellst und pflegst CE-Konformitätserklärungen und koordinierst Prüfungen mit externen Testlaboren und Lieferanten.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung relevanter EU-Regularien und Normen sicher (u. a. REACH, Produktsicherheit, relevante EN-Normen; idealerweise im Kontext ISO 9001).

• You will build structures, test, optimize and scale

• Brief new creatives based on German bestsellers
• Culturally adapt creatives for the French market
• Proactively identify new content needs
• Analyze hooks, creatives and campaign structures
• Build and execute email campaigns (Klaviyo)
• Establish a structured CRM for France
• Identify and onboard initial strategic partners and influencers
• Ensure our Shopify store is not only translated but fully localized
• Optimize the user journey and conversion rate
• Adapt product descriptions, ad copy and email flows
• Ensure a consistent brand experience
• Daily analysis of core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, hook rate)
• Derive clear, actionable recommendations
• Report directly to the CEO
• Independently handle customer support in the initial phase
• Identify customer pain points
• Create SOPs for future team structures
• Document all processes as the basis for scaling
• Full KPI ownership for ROAS and new customer acquisition in France
• Ensure flawless, market-appropriate customer touchpoints

Growth Marketing Manager – France

• You support the (further) development of our products from the initial idea through sampling and supplier management to a successful market launch — data-driven, hands-on and always with a focus on the Funzy target group.
• At the same time, you ensure that quality, product data and compliance are correct: from certificates and CE documentation to compliance with relevant EU regulations and standards across the entire supply chain.
• You identify new product ideas and categories through thorough market, trend and competitor research and convert them into concrete concepts that fit Funzy.
• You manage the entire product development process: from briefing, material selection and sampling through testing to market launch.
• You analyze customer feedback in a data-driven way (reasons for returns, support tickets, reviews, UGC photos/videos) and derive concrete optimization measures.
• You work closely with suppliers, resolve quality and product issues pragmatically and implement improvements directly.
• You define and maintain product specifications (dimensions, materials, components, packaging) and ensure a clean handover to Operations/Logistics.
• You are responsible for our certificate management (e.g., TÜV, OEKO-TEX, potentially GS): documentation, validity periods, renewals and coordination with partners.
• You create and maintain CE declarations of conformity and coordinate testing with external test labs and suppliers.
• You ensure compliance with relevant EU regulations and standards (including REACH, product safety, relevant EN standards; ideally in the context of ISO 9001).
• You maintain and are responsible for product master data: technical data, safety instructions, care instructions, materials, test reports and documentation.
