Business Development Rep

• You will bring Funzy into the major metropolitan areas of the DACH region and take full operational and strategic responsibility for our monthly pop-up stores from A to Z — including location scouting, logistics, team management, live sales and post-event analysis.
• You will be responsible for a seven-figure revenue channel with clear targets, managing budgets and KPIs while keeping both growth and profitability in mind.
• You ensure that every sales space reflects the Funzy brand optimally — creative, high-quality and absolutely "Insta-ready."
• You establish long-term partnerships and place Funzy where families go: from family cafés and family hotels to concept stores and experiential venues.
• You develop creative activations, events and promotions that generate attention, bring people together and drive sales.
• You work closely with our marketing team and intelligently extend offline experiences into the digital world.
• You recruit, train and motivate local promoters and event teams and ensure that every activation is a success.
• You are hands-on and act as the driving force on site behind our pop-ups and activations.

• You develop YouTube and TikTok partnerships with long-term growth potential
• You build an active Funzy community — far beyond classic comment moderation
• You ensure UGC is systematically collected, activated, and used across channels
• You bring the community's voice back into the company, e.g., to product development, CRM or content

Community & Partnership Lead

Creative Strategist

• Develop and refine our paid social creative strategy with a focus on scalable creatives across the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF)
• Conceptualize high-converting direct-response ads — from hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logic
• Develop strong creative territories, new ad concepts, and launch narratives for existing and new products
• Analyze performance data and creative insights to iteratively develop winning creatives and derive new testing approaches
• Develop and prioritize various ad formats such as UGC, skits, greenscreen, social proof, and comparison ads
• Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to rapidly translate ideas into effective creatives
• Plan larger assets such as shoots or hero videos, always with a clear focus on performance and scalability
