Pop-Up & Event Manager

Art Director

• You won't be joining an already finished structure; from day one you'll help shape how our brand sounds, looks, and sells in France.
• Your focus will be on creative and content for paid social.
• You will turn our most successful German ads into French winners.

Creative & Social Marketing Manager – France

Performance Marketing

• At Funzy, we are looking for a hands-on mentality with a passion for paid social marketing to help us build and scale the French market.
• You will work closely with our founding team and take on significant responsibility from day one.
• The focus of your role will be Meta Ads, creative performance, influencer marketing, and localizing our brand for France.
• At the same time, you will have the opportunity to gradually expand into other areas of growth marketing.

• You develop new locations and partnerships, create special experiences around our products and turn first encounters into long-term enthusiasm
• You bring Funzy to the DACH region’s major cities and take full operational and strategic responsibility for our monthly pop-up stores from A to Z – including location scouting, logistics, team management, live sales and post-event analysis
• You are responsible for a seven-figure revenue channel with clear targets, manage budgets and KPIs, and keep both growth and profitability in focus
• You ensure that every sales space optimally reflects the Funzy brand – creative, high-quality and absolutely “Insta-ready”
• You build long-term partnerships and place Funzy where families spend time: from family cafés and family hotels to concept stores and experience destinations
• You develop creative activations, events and campaigns that generate attention, bring people together and drive sales
