• Ensuring compliance with EU regulations and standards (e.g., relevant EN standards, REACH, product safety requirements; preferably within an ISO 9001 framework)
• Creating and maintaining product passports as well as our product management sheet and product specifications as the single source of truth
• Creating, updating and maintaining safety instructions, warning labels and care instructions — both on Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and in packaging/inserts

• QM-System aufbauen & weiterentwickeln
• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines internen Qualitätsmanagement-Systems mit klar definierten Prozessen und Standards
• Verantwortlich für das Zertifikatsmanagement (z. B. TÜV, OEKO-TEX, ggf. GS-Zeichen): Verwaltung, Überwachung von Laufzeiten, rechtzeitige Erneuerung
• Erstellung und Pflege von CE-Konformitätserklärungen für unsere Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Testlaboren und Lieferanten
• Identifikation und Überwachung von kritischen Fertigungsschritten bei unseren Lieferanten

Product Designer

• In this role you will take responsibility for designing our new products, with a strong focus on concept development and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• You will work closely with our Product Management team to develop product concepts tailored to the Funzy target audience.
• Product ideas & trend analysis: You translate relevant trends and insights into new product ideas that fit the Funzy brand world.
• Concept development: You create and refine concepts — from quick sketches to detailed 3D models.
• End-to-end product development: You accompany prototype phases of new products from research to the final sample, ensuring design details and quality standards are considered throughout the sampling process.
• Collaboration with suppliers: You work closely with suppliers to turn your concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You collaborate in close sparring with Product Management and Marketing.
