Product Manager

• Own the AI platform product roadmap, including research, discovery, prioritization, delivery, evaluation, and iteration
• Define and document requirements for shared AI platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, knowledge and context management, integrations, observability, failure handling, and administrative controls
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build enterprise-level AI and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with AI Features and Product teams on AI-driven capabilities for admins, renters, and leasing agents
• Collaborate across the business and with external AI partners to identify needs, clarify requirements, surface risks, and align priorities
• Use data, customer feedback, support trends, evaluations, and post-launch performance to improve platform quality and reliability
• Simplify and standardize AI systems and agent behaviors, strengthen guardrails, reduce failure modes, and improve issue resolution
• Coordinate launches, release communications, training, and internal enablement to drive adoption
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Foster collaboration within the team and across the company
• Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion

Technical Project Manager

• Own corporate technology projects end to end, including intake, scoping, requirements, timelines, stakeholder communication, testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary technical resource, personally performing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
• Design, build, document, and maintain integrations using native connectors, automation platforms, vendor APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfers.
• Monitor production integrations and automations, troubleshoot failures, and build error handling and alerting.
• Partner with business teams to configure and integrate systems that improve processes, productivity, and outcomes.
• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows and account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Connect corporate systems to the reporting layer and build operational dashboards and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements, solution designs, and configuration plans; run discovery and design sessions.
• Maintain intake and prioritization for corporate project requests and provide status reporting on the project portfolio.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions, including vendor demos, proof-of-concept work, and documented comparisons.
• Ensure corporate system changes follow change management, access control, and SOC 2 audit requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, integration diagrams, runbooks, and training materials.
• Provide escalated technical support for implemented corporate systems and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to retire redundant tools, reduce manual work, and improve processes through automation.
• Liaise with security, DevOps, engineering, and data teams to align solutions with technical standards.
• Support a distributed U.S. workforce, including occasional irregular hours and after-hours implementation or cutover work.
• Foster continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration across the company.
• Travel less than 5%.

Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems

Marketing Operations

• Segment and prioritize approximately 1,800 target accounts into tiers and personas
• Build organic campaigns and cadences for each account tier
• Build and run reactivation campaigns for previously engaged accounts
• Plan pre- and post-event campaigns for three major industry events and the annual user conference
• Track, score, and follow up with event attendees and prospects
• Repackage thought leadership, podcast, and event content into nurture sequences by persona and buying stage
• Run ABM plays using email, LinkedIn, Clay, Instantly, and other organic/outbound channels
• Own and test cold and warm outbound cadences with SDRs
• Administer HubSpot and Salesforce, including scoring, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and data hygiene
• Build campaign and channel attribution reporting connecting marketing activity to Salesforce pipeline and closed-won revenue
• Design and manage automated nurture and follow-up workflows
• Define and maintain MQL/SQL criteria with Sales leadership
• Monitor marketing-to-SDR/AE handoff quality
• Evaluate and operate tools identifying individual- and account-level buying intent
• Report on pipeline by channel and campaign and determine what to scale, fix, or discontinue
• Partner with Sales leadership on SDR and AE enablement
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration
