About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Segment and prioritize approximately 1,800 target accounts into tiers and personas
- Build organic campaigns and cadences for each account tier
- Build and run reactivation campaigns for previously engaged accounts
- Plan pre- and post-event campaigns for three major industry events and the annual user conference
- Track, score, and follow up with event attendees and prospects
- Repackage thought leadership, podcast, and event content into nurture sequences by persona and buying stage
- Run ABM plays using email, LinkedIn, Clay, Instantly, and other organic/outbound channels
- Own and test cold and warm outbound cadences with SDRs
- Administer HubSpot and Salesforce, including scoring, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and data hygiene
- Build campaign and channel attribution reporting connecting marketing activity to Salesforce pipeline and closed-won revenue
- Design and manage automated nurture and follow-up workflows
- Define and maintain MQL/SQL criteria with Sales leadership
- Monitor marketing-to-SDR/AE handoff quality
- Evaluate and operate tools identifying individual- and account-level buying intent
- Report on pipeline by channel and campaign and determine what to scale, fix, or discontinue
- Partner with Sales leadership on SDR and AE enablement
- Foster continuous improvement and collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or demand generation
- Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform; HubSpot strongly preferred
- Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce
- Proven experience building lead/account scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automated nurture workflows from scratch
- Experience managing organic email and social/LinkedIn campaigns, including account-based targeting
- B2B SaaS background with a long sales cycle and multiple buying-committee stakeholders strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pull and interpret reporting on pipeline and channel performance
- Ability to work from ambiguity and build systems
- Ability to operate independently while shaping tactics and pushing back when warranted
- Travel under 10%
