Financial Planning and Analysis

• Processing subscription documents and AML/KYC requirements, and coordinating with custodians and brokers to settle investments and DIK's received
• Assisting in secondary transactions, including documentation review, transfer mechanics, and coordination with sellers, buyers, administrators, and external counsel
• Reviewing and tracking client-side letters to ensure operational requirements are identified, documented, and complied with throughout the investment lifecycle
• Managing receipt and distribution of all investor-related documentation, including capital calls, distribution notices, PCAPs, quarterly statements, legal amendments, and tax forms
• Validating key transaction information (account details, fund instructions, pricing, discounts, closing deliverables) before execution
• Supporting the preparation and submission of various regulatory filings

Investment Operations – Compliance Associate

Attorney

• Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed funds
• Track reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completion
• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communication
• Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirements
• Develop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanics.

Transfers Associate – Legal & Compliance

• Facilitating treasury services, including capital requirements for our clients, individual investors or private funds
• Processing money movements related to capital activity and private fund expenses including, but not limited to, redemptions, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, invoices, and administrative fees
• Overseeing and coordinating investment transactions with fund administrators, custodians, investors, and underlying investment managers
• Reviewing bank balances and reconciling related activity
• Meeting the daily needs of our clients’ investors, including handling communication in a timely manner
• Communicating with external and internal relationships to achieve high service levels
• Conducting audits or reviews on investments, documentation, systems, and processes
• Management or review of any related client investor portal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Investment Operations Associate

Accounting Manager

• Deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while: Reviewing the accounting, investor reporting, audit, and tax deliverables for investment companies
• Preparing investment fund specific client deliverables including NAV and performance related reporting
• Collaborating with clients to understand and respond to client preferences and ad hoc requests
• Preparing and reviewing complex fee schedules, preferred return, and carried interest/waterfall calculations
• Coordinating with fund auditors to fulfill accounting and reporting related requests timely to issue annual audits
• Reviewing complex investment transactions to identify the appropriate accounting in accordance with US GAAP
• Assisting in training and developing team members both during onboarding and continued professional development
