Vice President

• Collaborate with leaders on process gaps to drive innovative collaboration and creative problem solving
• Identify potential solutions for bottlenecks, limitations, and capacity constraints within processes and technologies, including possible AI and automation enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess viability of solutions and test for fit/impact within processes
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes via project and change management, support of training, and delivery of user-consumable documentation
• Oversee knowledge management content to ensure it remains complete, relevant, and educational
• Oversee capture and maintenance of client "stories”, processes, technologies, and delivery of consumable content
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure team trainings are delivering relevant stories aligned with team member roles as well as delivering relevant process and technology education
