About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:
Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ funds
Managing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platforms
Opening and maintaining brokerage accounts for client’s funds
Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner
Conducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems and processes
