About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed funds
- Track reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completion
- Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communication
- Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirements
- Develop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanics.
