About the role
- Monitor and execute infrastructure and application monitoring, ensuring proper operation of IT systems and services.
- Assist with maintaining alerts and handling incidents.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support, handling Incidents and Service Request tickets.
Requirements
- Completed or pursuing a degree in a technology-related field.
- Analytical and investigative mindset, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server.
- Knowledge of databases and APIs.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Insomnia and Postman (or similar tools).
- Experience with Zabbix (or similar monitoring tools).
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
