About the role
- Act as a senior specialist and the technical arm of the S&OP Coordinator, ensuring consistency, discipline and continuous improvement of the process.
- Support the execution and maturity of the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring full integration between demand, supply, inventory and finance.
- Lead scenario preparation in the Supply Review and Pre-S&OP, quantifying impacts on service levels, costs, working capital and financial margin.
- Act as the "challenger" of commercial and operational assumptions, strengthening consensus decisions that are unbiased and data-driven.
- Consolidate and validate critical data sets (forecast, capacity, inventory, P&L), ensuring quality, governance and traceability.
- Lead the development of executive reports and dashboards (Power BI, etc.), transforming complex data into clear recommendations for executive forums.
- Serve as a technical reference for risk and opportunity analyses, proposing trade-off alternatives and mitigation plans for medium-term deviations.
- Work on integrated inventory and SLOB management, supporting the definition of inventory policies and proposing actions to reduce obsolescence.
- Perform advanced "what-if" simulations, testing demand, capacity, portfolio and financial scenarios to anticipate business impacts.
- Monitor and drive execution of plans defined in Pre-S&OP, ensuring structured follow-up with responsible areas.
- Directly support cross-functional forums, providing robust technical analyses and clear recommendations for agile decision-making.
- Prepare high-impact executive materials for S&OP meetings with the board/C-level, consolidating risks, opportunities and decision alternatives.
- Ensure governance, compliance and auditability of the S&OP process, documenting assumptions, decisions and KPIs.
- Act as a digital transformation agent within S&OP, driving the use of BI, RPA, APS and automations to increase speed and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Planning/S&OP and/or S&OE.
- Knowledge of operations resource management in complex supply chains.
- Working knowledge of finance, operating costs and inventory management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Office suite) and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning or Business Management.
