About the role
- Support commercial leadership with reports, presentations and strategic analyses;
- Manage the sales CRM (HubSpot) and create automation workflows;
- Develop dashboards and panels focused on performance;
- Produce recurring sales and performance reports;
- Execute commission calculations and segmentation studies;
- Provide technical support to the sales team with integrations and automations.
Requirements
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Hightouch, Timelines and Sales Enablement processes;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
- PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills;
- Knowledge of SQL (basic/intermediate) and BigQuery;
- Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio;
- Proficiency in HubSpot (certification is a plus);
- Good communication, organization, attention to detail and the ability to train the team;
- Experience at financial institutions/fintechs is a plus.
