Customer Success Manager

• Oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise-level, high-value accounts with the goals of retention and growth.
• Ensure Fullstory’s most strategic customers receive maximum value from their investment in our platform, utilizing key features that drive their intended business outcomes, while also documenting the value and ROI delivered.
• Forecasting, identifying risk, and maintaining a strong customer renewal rate and growth rate in partnership with the Account Executive team
• Partner with multiple internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Fullstory executive leadership) to develop and execute success plans that align stakeholders on growth strategies and risk mitigation.
• Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews, presentations and strategic consultations to align on goals, priorities, growth opportunities, and overall business vision to support optimal adoption of the Fullstory platform.
• Represent Fullstory as a leading domain and product expert in customer interactions, industry and corporate events, as well as online within both customer-facing and internal communities.
• Being an advocate for customers’ product feature priorities internally within Fullstory and align with product team around driving product roadmap.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, AgentSpace, or AI features in other SaaS tools) that enhance your work quality and help you to be more efficient in making an impact.

Principal Customer Success Manager, Spanish Speaker

Recruitment

• Facilitate candidate experience to ensure interview process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Schedule interviews and partner with recruiters and internal stakeholders to move candidates through process swiftly
• Correspond with candidates and internal stakeholders and serve as an ambassador reflecting FullStory’s values
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Ashby) to ensure data integrity and that no candidates are forgotten
• Provide data and insights around recruiting SLA’s and the candidate experience funnel
• Use AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency
• Allocate ~15% of role to special projects impacting candidate experience, branding, and recruiting efforts
• Operate as a relationship-driven, calm member of the Recruiting Operations team supporting broader recruiting team
• Work from FullStory’s Atlanta headquarters at least two days per week

Full-stack Engineer

• Deliver an exceptional customer engagement experience and maximize value for end users of the flagship product
• Work closely with design and product counterparts to propose new solutions for solving customer pain points or streamlining their experience
• Collaborate with engineering peers including distributed teams through design discussions, pair programming, and code reviews
• Work closely with customers through co-creation process to craft purpose-built solutions
• Own the operational health of features, monitoring services and resolving issues
• Contribute to strategic planning of product roadmap and deliver projects with minimal oversight
• Support development and launch of flagship project, innovate solutions, and create new features

Software Engineer

• Build data management capabilities powering Fullstory’s AI-enhanced products
• Design and build services that automatically identify, label, and provide semantic meaning to raw user event data
• Design and build features toward a zero-configuration future for behavioral data analysis
• Partner with product and design to propose solutions to customer pain points
• Collaborate with engineering peers via design discussions, pair programming, and code reviews
• Own operational health of features, monitoring services and resolving issues
• Deliver features to production with growing autonomy, take ownership of projects
• Influence design of new features and contribute to major features moving toward zero-configuration
