About the role
- Facilitate candidate experience to ensure interview process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Schedule interviews and partner with recruiters and internal stakeholders to move candidates through process swiftly
- Correspond with candidates and internal stakeholders and serve as an ambassador reflecting FullStory’s values
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Ashby) to ensure data integrity and that no candidates are forgotten
- Provide data and insights around recruiting SLA’s and the candidate experience funnel
- Use AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency
- Allocate ~15% of role to special projects impacting candidate experience, branding, and recruiting efforts
- Operate as a relationship-driven, calm member of the Recruiting Operations team supporting broader recruiting team
- Work from FullStory’s Atlanta headquarters at least two days per week
Requirements
- 1 year of work experience, ideally in a detail-oriented and customer-facing role
- Coachable; eager to learn and receptive to constructive criticism
- Hungry; insatiable desire to succeed and meet goals
- Bar-raiser; thrive in a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative work culture
- Detail-oriented; notice small errors and correct them proactively
- Must be based in the Atlanta metro area and willing/able to commute to Midtown Atlanta office at least 2 days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application form asks about work authorization and visa sponsorship)
- Experience scheduling interviews and partnering closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders
- Experience maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (Ashby) to ensure data integrity
- Ability to provide data and insights around recruiting SLAs and the candidate experience funnel
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, AgentSpace, or AI features in SaaS tools)
- Strong communication and candidate/colleague ambassadorial skills
