Full-stack Engineer

• Make instrumentation irrelevant by creating and managing services that automatically identify, label, and provide semantic meaning to raw user event data.
• Design and build features that move Fullstory toward a zero-configuration future, allowing our customers to analyze all of their behavioral data with minimal setup.
• Partner with product and design counterparts to propose new solutions for solving customer pain points or streamlining their experience.
• Collaborate with your engineering peers through design discussions, pair programming, and thoughtful code reviews to uphold high technical quality and ship software with confidence.
• Own the operational health of the features you build, monitoring services and resolving issues if needed.

Senior Software Engineer, Data Management

Account Executive

• Own a territory where you are responsible for actively prospecting new business opportunities.
• Be responsible for driving adoption of Fullstory by growing an existing customer base of business by way of expansion (up-sell & cross-sell), renewals, and churn mitigation.
• Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Experience teams to provide in-depth technical demos and sell as a team.
• Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations with prospects and drive deals to close.

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with AEs & CSMs to diagnose account configuration and health.
• Identify opportunities to grow account usage of new Fullstory features.
• Complete technical RFP and InfoSec questionnaires to facilitate smooth customer renewals.
• Conduct technical enablement sessions to up-level the CSM team.

Business Analyst

• Serve as a consultant and advisor, building and maintaining relationships with customers who trust our data and recommendations, and derive clear business value from our partnership.
• Engage deeply with new customers to help them deliver specific business initiatives and improve overall product value and adoption.
• Deliver scoped enablement engagements to new Fullstory users from our most strategic customers via virtual and/or on-site delivery.
• Leverage your consulting experience to conduct Fullstory-driven analyses, synthesize data and present insights across a broad spectrum of industries, products, and use-cases.
• Present clear recommendations geared toward driving action and increasing digital maturity at all levels of our customers’ organizations.
• Advise customers on best practices to enhance data maturity, designing and delivering project plans that align with their technical skills, timelines, and business goals.
• Deliver summaries and presentations about technical deliverables and insights directly to customers via email and in meetings. Translate them into meaningful opportunities and actions for Fullstory customers.

Senior Customer Insights Analyst

• Oversee a team of 5-7 experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Executives who can close complex, multi-product opportunities.
• Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring executive alignment, sales leadership and strategic support. Roll up your sleeves mentality!

Accountant

• Own key revenue components for month-end close, including preparing journal entries, reconciling data, assisting with management reporting, and analyzing account activity.
• Collaborate and assist with business critical AI projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Document, document, document. Create memos and update our accounting handbook for the areas you own.
• Contribute to our annual audit by gathering financial information and documentation and coordinating with our auditors.

Senior Accountant

Sales Development Rep

• Execute structured outbound prospecting across your target account list using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative engagement channels
• Research accounts and map buying groups to identify the right personas and personalize outreach effectively
• Follow up with marketing-generated inbound leads within defined SLAs, qualifying interest and uncovering pain
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, share insights from prospect conversations, and refine account plans
• Track activity, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics, continuously optimizing your approach based on performance data
• Use our sales and AI-enabled tools (Outreach, Nooks, Gemini, Salesforce, 6sense) to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and maintain accurate CRM hygiene

• Partner with cross-functional partners to frame problems, shape UX strategy, and contribute to user engagement and growth by iteratively designing, shipping and measuring solutions.
• Own and execute design across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit of informed and deliberate research and experimentation.
• Participate in customer calls to understand their needs and preferences.
• Level up the user experience by participating in design reviews, adding to the design system, meeting UX gating criteria, and advocating for loveable over minimal products.
