About the role

  • Deliver an exceptional customer engagement experience and maximize value for end users of the flagship product
  • Work closely with design and product counterparts to propose new solutions for solving customer pain points or streamlining their experience
  • Collaborate with engineering peers including distributed teams through design discussions, pair programming, and code reviews
  • Work closely with customers through co-creation process to craft purpose-built solutions
  • Own the operational health of features, monitoring services and resolving issues
  • Contribute to strategic planning of product roadmap and deliver projects with minimal oversight
  • Support development and launch of flagship project, innovate solutions, and create new features

Requirements

  • Understanding of data structures and API design
  • Proficiency in writing production code in one or more languages such as Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Proven expertise building web applications using React, TypeScript, or similar front end technologies
  • Experience with a Design System is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance work quality and accelerate timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
