Serve as a departmental and company authority resource for all aspects of cardiology reporting
Participate in assigned implementation and post go-live support project team activities
Consult with customers and project team members regarding clinical workflows, Synapse Cardiology applications, best practices, and management of sensitive clinical data
Direct interaction with customers to identify specifications and provide support
Configure, tailor, and deliver reporting application solutions for commercial project implementations
Configure and validate clinical measurement/data import/export interfaces
Design, customize, and electronically deliver technical clinical tools and supplements
Ensure compliance with company quality management system and applicable regulations (U.S. FDA, ISO 13485)
Comply with vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and facilities
Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned by upper-level management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, computer science or registered nurse, sonographer, technologist – desired, but not required
2+ years’ experience with PACS systems and configurations
Self-directed with excellent management skills
Strong interpersonal, team building and leadership skills
Inquisitive and creative with good decision-making skills
Resourceful and thorough with a strong sense of urgency
Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional presence
Ability to work effectively with customers in the medical field
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions
Experience in related a discipline is a plus
Exposure to the medical field, particularly cardiology, is a plus
Some travel may be required (up to 25%)
Must comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standard requirements
Must comply with and pass vendor credentialing to access hospitals and facilities
Physical requirements: sit 75-100% of work time; use hands/fingers 100%; stand/talk/hear 75%; lift/carry up to ten pounds up to 20%; close vision ability
Willingness to comply with COVID-19 testing and face covering requirements; vaccination may be required per mandates
