- The Director, Brand Partnerships will be a proven seller and dynamic relationship builder who thrives on creating opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by selling integrated media packages across digital, social, events, custom content, and newsletters.
- Develop and maintain strong direct client relationships and agency partnerships, ensuring Front Office Sports is top of mind for sports marketing investments.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and sell against newly launched FOS shows, events, and franchises.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom and creative partnership solutions.
- Represent Front Office Sports at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and revenue targets.
- Present and pitch advertising solutions to clients, addressing their unique goals and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in media sales (digital, social, branded content, or events).
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong portfolio of client-direct relationships as well as agency contacts.
- Ability to sell consultatively, pitching both new ideas and established products.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure your week and prioritize across multiple products and timelines.
- High-energy personality with a fire to win, resilience under pressure, and strong communication skills.
- Passion for sports, business, and culture with a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
