Creative Strategist

• Own the day-to-day operation of the Creative Strategy function — driving pitch excellence, elevating team output, and ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness across deliverables.
• Lead the development of strategic recommendations for major RFPs and priority accounts, defining the POV and narrative direction that wins business.
• Build and evolve scalable frameworks, templates, and systems that reduce rework, accelerate proposal turnaround, and elevate the quality bar.
• Confidently lead client and agency calls; defend and sell ideas to senior brand stakeholders, and represent the FOS voice externally with authority.
• Manage and mentor a team of strategists — assigning work strategically based on strengths and development goals, and elevating their thinking through direct, constructive feedback.
• Make high-stakes decisions in real time during pitches, briefings, and strategy sessions; act as a trusted decision-maker under pressure without requiring guidance from leadership.
• Independently generate original concepts and creative platforms beyond team brainstorms — and push the team's thinking past the obvious.
• Develop new products, placements, and sponsorship opportunities that strengthen FOS's positioning and unlock new revenue paths.
• Shape how Front Office Sports is sold and packaged to brands by influencing go-to-market storytelling, partnership positioning, and the evolution of our creative offering.

Director, Creative Strategy

Operations

• Own the trafficking, setup, and QA of all digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., website, newsletters, video).
• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
• Optimize campaigns to ensure delivery goals and performance KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Partner with Account Management to manage inventory availability and allocation.
• Flag risks to delivery early and provide actionable solutions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and post-campaign recaps.
• Support the development and delivery of client-facing reports in partnership with Account Management while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and dashboards.
• Partner closely with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Product on ad tech enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Develop and refine trafficking processes, QA checklists, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, CRM tools).

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company (intern to mid-level roles)
• Assist with sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Partner with hiring managers to keep recruiting processes moving efficiently
• Help maintain applicant tracking systems and job postings across all systems
• Ensure a strong candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (schedules, materials, systems access)
• Help ensure new hires feel set up for success in their first 30–90 days and beyond
• Partner with People Ops lead on improving onboarding experience over time success
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks (PTO tracking, employee changes, offboarding)
• Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation across systems
• Help build and develop culture (in-person and remote), engagement, and employee experience initiatives
