Account Executive – Enterprise

• As an Account Executive at Freshworks, you will play a leading role in accelerating our company's revenue growth across the DACH region.
• Advocate multiple Freshworks product-lines targeted mainly at mid-market clients.
• Champion our innovative Software-as-a-Service products to make organizations more productive, efficient and customer-oriented.
• Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team and our business development representatives in acquiring new customers.
• Partially responsible for helping your team of BDRs become successful.
• Define and execute sales action plans to meet predefined goals in the region, and exceed your sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
• Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline.
• Communicate with other departments such as marketing and pre-sales regarding campaign design and execution.
• Use and administer available resources effectively.

Senior Account Executive – DACH

Frontend Engineer

• Design and implement highly interactive, intuitive, and enterprise-grade UIs for our Agentic AI Platform
• Collaborate closely with the Principal AI UI Architect
• Develop agent builders, simulation tools, dialog orchestration interfaces, and multi-channel assistant deployment UIs
• Build interactive visual editors (drag-and-drop) for agent orchestration and reasoning workflows
• Implement prompt management, versioning, and testing interfaces for agent development
• Develop real-time debugging tools to visualize agent reasoning traces
• Integrate UI components with LangSmith APIs for agent observability, evaluations, and regression testing
• Implement user simulation frameworks for testing agent strategies with varied personas and scenarios
• Build A/B testing dashboards for evaluating outcome-driven strategies
• Create UIs for multi-turn conversation playback, agent state inspection, and scenario-driven outcome analysis
• Develop dialog flow editors to design multi-turn conversations
• Build deployment interfaces to configure assistants across digital channels and voice/IVR systems
• Collaborate with the architect to define frontend design patterns, state management, and modular UI frameworks
• Ensure UI scalability, performance optimization, and secure multi-tenant design for enterprise usage
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and orchestration services into the UI seamlessly
• Work closely with UX designers to deliver high-quality, intuitive user interfaces

Lead – Frontend AI UI Engineer

• Use an intent based approach to prioritize and target accounts, utilizing a myriad of research tools
• Conduct cold outreach to prospects via a multi-threaded approach including phone, email, and social selling
• Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, utilizing BANT and MEDDPICC
• Manage inbound leads from different sources, qualifying in and out for sales
• Create qualified opportunities for the sales organization
• Develop a strong relationship with Account Executives
• Become the ‘expert’ on the Freshworks product and service offerings and effectively communicate the value of each to prospects
• Utilize the CRM to accurately record all interactions and activities
• Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets
