About the role

  • Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs)
  • Calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business both in person and online
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
  • Report directly to the Head of Business Development APAC and work collaboratively with the Commercial team to increase sales and market share in the designated territory

Requirements

  • 1 + years of B2B sales with a track record of success
  • Someone who is excited about selling to hair salons, beauty spas, barber shops - and all other businesses that focus on self care
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder
  • You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop
  • Located in Melbourne/Victoria
  • Added Bonus: Experience within the beauty and wellness industry
