About the role

  • 100% focused on bringing in new business development and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, social and in-person meetings as appropriate
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions to partners' objectives
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback on market trends and industry insights
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities
  • Report to Head of Operations (Kosovo) and collaborate with the Commercial team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong hunter mentality and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Naturally curious with desire to grow and develop
  • Ability to contact and manage qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM
  • Willingness to work from the Pristina/Prishtina office five days per week
  • (Added bonus) Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and another language
  • (Added bonus) Experience within the beauty & wellness industry
