Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, social and in-person meetings as appropriate
Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions to partners' objectives
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
Provide feedback on market trends and industry insights
Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM
Serve as lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities
Report to Head of Operations (Kosovo) and collaborate with the Commercial team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
Strong hunter mentality and relationship building skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Naturally curious with desire to grow and develop
Ability to contact and manage qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM
Willingness to work from the Pristina/Prishtina office five days per week
(Added bonus) Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and another language
