About the role

  • Deliver exceptional training and education to NHS customers across critical care portfolio
  • Support development of new business and protect existing business through high-quality clinical training
  • Develop and deliver added value clinical training to groups and individuals within the NHS
  • Provide ongoing support to nursing and medical staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers identified in Territory Action Plans
  • Work closely with Regional Business Manager to align activities to Territory Action Plan and business strategy
  • Field-based role with variable hours (37.5hrs/week, 8am–5pm Monday–Friday) and extensive regional travel

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Significant clinical and operational experience within the NHS
  • Experience of working in Critical Care / Intensive Care Units (essential)
  • Proven track record of planning, delivering and assessing clinical training
  • Formal teaching and assessing qualification preferred but not essential
  • Valid, full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure (role subject to check)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Awareness of competitor products, services and activity
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South West region
