About the role

  • Provide CBT-based assessment, formulation and treatment for people experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Undertake and manage clinical assessment loads.
  • Attend monthly clinical supervision to develop knowledge, skills and promote access to clinical excellence.
  • Ensure high levels of clinical governance, including all documentation as required by the service.

Requirements

  • You should hold a doctoral qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology with BABCP accreditation or be working towards it, or be a registered health professional with BABCP accreditation.
  • You must have assessed experience working as a qualified CBT therapist or experience delivering CBT treatment within a mental health setting.
  • You should be capable of delivering interventions to a wide range of clients.
