About the role

  • Hunting and acquiring mid-market and enterprise corporate accounts for the German market from prospecting through negotiation and closing
  • Manage and respond effectively to RFPs and Tenders
  • Construct a strong local enterprise network and create strategic partnerships for market entry
  • Lead online and on-site discovery, solution meetings and demos with key stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM database, pipeline reporting and update prospect/account information
  • Actively build LinkedIn network for Social Selling
  • Represent FREENOW for Business at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to optimise business development opportunities
  • Report to the Regional Sales Team Lead and work within the sales team to drive sales activity and meet targets

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting and closing
  • Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • Experience with booking tools and CRM
  • Very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Fluent in English and German
