Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and training coordination.
Manage employee inquiries, maintain open communication lines, and support team members with HR-related questions.
Facilitate the maintenance of employee records and ensure all HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Knowledge of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to user management and administrative tasks, as well as the ability to identify areas where SOPs are lacking.
Familiarity with tools such as Zapier for automation, as well as experience with platforms like HubSpot and Google Drive for data management and collaboration.
Ensure that all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an HR setting.
Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ATS platforms, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Experience in creating and maintaining efficient workflows and processes.
Research skills and ability to evaluate policies, tools, and systems effectively.
A heart for social justice and an eagerness to contribute to the fight against human trafficking.
Desirable: Basic understanding of bug tracking or QA processes, Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience with HR processes, employee handbook maintenance, or policy documentation.
