Executive Assistant

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing necessary materials in advance.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and training coordination.
• Manage employee inquiries, maintain open communication lines, and support team members with HR-related questions.
• Facilitate the maintenance of employee records and ensure all HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to user management and administrative tasks, as well as the ability to identify areas where SOPs are lacking.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier for automation, as well as experience with platforms like HubSpot and Google Drive for data management and collaboration.
• Ensure that all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
