About the role
- Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
- Train, schedule, and manage studio staff and instructors.
- Manage studio financials, budgeting, and related reporting.
- Oversee facility management and maintenance.
- Drive customer experience, community relations, and student retention.
- Execute marketing and enrollment initiatives to grow studio business.
- Plan and manage events, competitions, performances, and parties.
- Attend and participate in weekday evening and weekend events with students.
Requirements
