Forge direct relationships with top developers and Kitchen Studios (KCM) in collaboration with partner’s project team
Advise partners on strategic decisions that elevate their business and align with Franke’s market development goals
Create compelling business proposals for major developers in the Philippines
Lead value-added activities including regular meetings, project coordination, and strategic alignment with key stakeholders
Support brand and product presentations showcasing Franke’s innovation and design excellence
Cultivate relationships with specifiers, architects, and interior designers to influence project outcomes
Maintain a dynamic project funnel with monthly tracking of value, timelines, and win rates
Identify gaps in Franke’s portfolio and recommend enhancements to stay ahead of competition
Drive product display strategies for target KCM customers and align offerings with premium retail positioning
Collaborate on pricing, discount structures, and incentive programs with partner to ensure market competitiveness
Requirements
Around 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management — ideally in building materials, kitchen systems, or home improvement
Strong network among developers, architects, and design professionals in the Philippines
Strategic mindset with a passion for premium brands and customer-centric solutions
Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English is essential; additional local language skills are a plus
