About the role
- You design, implement, and monitor campaigns.
- You take responsibility for Paid Media, including advertising on Google and social media.
- You define and interpret performance KPIs to use results purposefully and derive actions.
- After a careful onboarding period, you will be trusted to work independently and thus make a significant contribution to the company’s success.
- After your onboarding phase, you will actively participate in client meetings.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a business/economics or comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on marketing or a related field.
- You have practical experience with Google Paid Ads and social media advertising.
- You are proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, or you are ready to learn them quickly.
- You have a strong analytical understanding, especially regarding marketing metrics.
- You work in a structured, independent, and consistently conscientious manner.
- You enjoy communicating with clients.
- An above-average hourly wage of €15–€18 depending on skill level.
