About the role
- Independently manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max/PMax, optionally Shopping or lead-generation campaigns)
- Analyze performance data, derive actions and carry out operational implementation
- Regular communication with clients (strategic & operational)
- Manage budgets and targets such as ROAS, CPL, cost per sale, etc.
- Help shape and improve internal processes, templates & workflows
- Support conversion optimization through analyses of user behavior
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, including direct implementation
- Strong knowledge of Search & Performance Max (PMax) for e-commerce or lead campaigns
- Confident with Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and tracking — or willingness to get up to speed quickly
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented — able to keep an overview across multiple accounts
- Clear, reliable and professional communication in German
- Small, focused team with short decision paths — direct, honest, efficient
