Performance Marketing

• Independently manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max (PMax), and, if applicable, Shopping or lead generation)
• Analyze performance data, derive actions and implement them operationally
• Regular communication with clients (strategic & operational)
• Manage budgets and targets such as ROAS, CPL, cost per sale, etc.
• Help shape and improve internal processes, templates & workflows
• Support conversion optimization through analyses of user behavior
