About the role
- Independently manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max (PMax), and, if applicable, Shopping or lead generation)
- Analyze performance data, derive actions and implement them operationally
- Regular communication with clients (strategic & operational)
- Manage budgets and targets such as ROAS, CPL, cost per sale, etc.
- Help shape and improve internal processes, templates & workflows
- Support conversion optimization through analyses of user behavior
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads – including direct implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Search & Performance Max (PMax) for e-commerce or lead campaigns
- Confident with Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and tracking — or willingness to learn quickly
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented — able to maintain an overview across multiple accounts
- You communicate clearly, reliably and professionally in German.
