Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, and track, measure, and communicate their results (creating and maintaining up-to-date MQL reports and dashboards)
Work closely with the Sales team of Germany and Austria, and Switzerland (BDR and Hunter), and make sure lead generation activities and outreach are aligned
Take over responsibility for planning, scheduling, promoting, and executing onsite events (Wildix roadshows, national trade shows) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Monitor KPIs and ROI (CAC, budget control, data)
Collaborate with the global marketing team, proactively provide feedback on the material and marketing activities, and share your new ideas
Be open to travel to meet the team or for Business events (trade shows, roadshows) when required
Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Marketing professional or Specialist involved in demand generation
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or UC industry
Experience in Events & Webinar organization
Experience using Salesforce, and Marketing Automation (knowledge of Pardot would be a huge plus)
PC/MacBook advanced user (MAC, Office Suite, Google Suite)
Analytical skills, target, and number-oriented
Fluency in German (C2 or equivalent) and high proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Experience with AI tools, bringing forward-thinking ideas on how to apply them to enhance productivity, creativity, and team efficiency
