Requirements
Some prior professional experience in customer service or the automotive industry
Vocational training in a commercial/administrative field (if applicable)
Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
Very good PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Enjoyment of communication and telephone-based work
Enthusiasm for working from home and using the latest technologies
