• You process payroll for commercial employees, working students and marginally employed (mini-job) workers in compliance with social security and payroll tax regulations
• You maintain employee master data and personnel files and ensure the entry of all transaction data
• Recording and maintenance of company pension schemes (bAV) are also part of your responsibilities
• You are responsible for notifications, reporting and certification
• You act as the contact person for employees on all payroll-related questions
• You are also the primary contact for authorities, health insurance providers and social security agencies
• You contribute to and support internal audits as well as external financial audits
