Technical Support Specialist – Heating Technology, HVAC/Plumbing
FoundeverTechnical Support Specialist providing technical assistance and advice on heating installations and systems for customers at Foundever. Collaborating with service technicians and maintaining strong customer relations in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive customer calls and handle requests related to the maintenance and servicing of gas boilers and heat pumps
- Support the on-site service team via remote troubleshooting and answer their technical questions
- Provide technical advice on gas boilers, gas-fired heating systems and heating installations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an SHK system mechanic, heating installer, ventilation technician, electronics technician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience working with heating technology and gas boilers (maintenance and customer service)
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written (C2 level)
- Very good PC skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enjoy communicating and handling telephone-based customer contact
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
