About the role

- Provide day-to-day oversight of the Emerging Opportunities & Ventures portfolio, identifying opportunities for expansion, margin growth, and synergies.
- Evaluate opportunities through comprehensive market, competitive, and risk analysis, supported by business and financial modeling.
- Develop financial models, structure deals, and optimize capital allocation for proposed business development initiatives.
- Guide portfolio companies from business case to integration and commercialization.
- Build and manage venture teams, fostering entrepreneurial culture with governance standards.
- Identify strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, preparing and overseeing the development of business plans.
- Establish KPIs, report on performance trends, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, business development, product management, partnership development, or similar practical experience in the healthcare sector.
- 7 years of experience in management.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
