Oversee Innovaccer's InCare and P360 care management and population health applications and own product strategy and execution
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap focused on care management, patient engagement, and care coordination workflows
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers to meet adoption, revenue, and customer outcome goals
Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions that simplify workflows
Serve as the executive product lead in key client meetings, sales cycles, and renewals, working hand-in-hand with Sales and GTM teams
Carry shared revenue accountability—drive measurable product adoption, ARR growth, and retention across the product portfolio
Build deep partnerships with clients through advisory councils, workshops, and roadmap reviews
Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and CMS/CMMI payment model changes (e.g., ACO REACH, TEAM, MSSP)
Define clear outcome-based KPIs (provider adoption, care team efficiency, patient engagement, cost-of-care impact) and hold team accountable
Inspire the team and organization to deliver innovations beyond customer requests
Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years leading VBC, care management, or population health products in healthcare technology companies
Proven success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing product teams
Strong understanding of care management workflows (care coordination, patient engagement, care planning, utilization management, SDOH integration)
Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise healthcare products with measurable adoption and revenue growth
Track record of executive client engagement, including workshops, product demonstrations, and sales enablement
Experience owning or influencing product-related revenue targets and aligning product strategy with commercial success
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-suite leaders at health systems, payers, and ACOs
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent preferred
