Act as the primary point of contact for your 50-60 dealerships, delivering a high-touch, white-glove service with strategic guidance
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions, presenting insights and recommendations that tie marketing results to business outcomes
Build trusted relationships with key dealership decision-makers, seeking opportunities to strengthen and expand relationships
Serve as a partner to clients by providing actionable recommendations beyond marketing (e.g. website optimizations, lead handling improvements, inventory strategy)
Proactively monitor account health and performance indicators to identify potential churn risks and implement solutions
Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, including upsells, referrals, and adoption of new products and services
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign launches, and adoption of new features or product releases
Analyze account performance data, translating it into clear, actionable insights and benchmarking against industry standards
Share insights and trends with internal teams to influence product development and process improvements
Partner closely with Account Technicians, Performance, and Data teams and escalate complex issues to the Director as needed
Travel 25–30% within your assigned region (and nationally as needed); remote field position requiring residence near a major metro airport
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred
Automotive industry or marketing experience, required
5+ years in automotive, digital marketing, or customer success (agency or in-house), required
Proven experience building and managing client relationships at the executive level (GMs, Dealer Principals)
Familiarity with dealership operations and key metrics (sales process, lead handling, inventory management)
Strong consultative communication and presentation skills: able to influence decision-makers and lead strategic conversations
Analytical rigor with ability to interpret performance data, attribution models, and ROI
Comfortable with GA4, reporting dashboards, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta), preferred
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deliverables independently
Professional, polished, and credible: able to represent Foundation Direct in executive settings
Maintain and retain 50-60 accounts
Willingness to travel 25–30% within the region and nationally; candidates must reside in the continental U.S. near a major metro airport
