About the role
- Lead and build an AI-native compliance platform for regulated electric utilities
- Automate evidence collection, anomaly detection, and audit preparation across 95+ NERC standards
- Embed AI directly into utility operational workflows to cut costs and reduce risks
- Keep operators audit-ready at all times and prepare for regulatory audits
- Validate compliance workflows with utility customers and engage regulators, operators, and engineers
- Work with Forum’s team for product, engineering, growth, fundraising, and company-building support
Requirements
- Domain expertise in utilities, energy regulation, or compliance SaaS
- Track record of building products for regulated industries or critical infrastructure
- Strong technical instincts and ability to embed AI into operational workflows
- Collaborative, with the ability to engage regulators, operators, and engineers
- Passion for transforming compliance into a strategic advantage
- Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
