About the role

  • Primary goal: meet and exceed the POS/Ship quota for the Western region; reports to the Sr. Manager of FNET Sales
  • Meet and exceed assigned region POS/Ship quota and assigned NPI POS/Ship quota
  • Accurately provide weekly, 30, 60, and 90-day forecasts utilizing FBS Funnel Management, Bottoms Up, and Bridge Forecast SW
  • Drive full Fortive Business System (FBS) engagement and SR funnel management software; run SR Ops reviews and DVM best practices
  • Maintain region level and rep level Bowlers for assigned region and ensure Bowler KPIs are updated prior to meetings
  • Implement SR management process discipline, including weekly tracker implementation and PSR writing for underperforming SRs
  • Maintain SR agency bench relationships in lower quintile performance geographies
  • Model and teach 1Fluke “Land-n-Expand” techniques, tactics, and methodologies
  • Serve as region SME on FNET selling process methodologies and funnel sales stages
  • Maintain and facilitate assigned SR customer-facing seller training certifications
  • Collaborate with CSMs, product marketing, business units, and end user SMEs for PLCM VOC and VOS research initiatives
  • Support FNET trade shows and local SR team activities
  • Support “OneFluke” strategy driving awareness of product adjacencies
  • Travel in-market with SR street sellers within each sub-region quarterly
  • Participate in weekly standup meetings and monthly report outs on Bowler metrics, forecast, and BOB activities

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field required
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred
  • Experience with value-selling highly technical solutions into relevant industrial/commercial data network applications
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective listening and strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop tactics to drive stated corporate and regional strategies
  • Efficiency – high level of self-motivation and initiative; efficiently prioritize and follow through on assignments and projects
  • Frequent travel 60%+
  • All external hiring contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check
