About the role
- Own key marketplace health metrics including wait times, success rates, cancellation rates, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to manage supply of On Demand Notaries: forecasting, onboarding, training, incentives, and engagement programs
- Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to forecast demand and anticipate customer needs and product launches
- Serve as thought leader for notary-facing communications aligned with product updates and company objectives
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies; implement scalable solutions with cross-functional teams
- Serve as a key stakeholder in incident response, providing real-time data and insights during outages or platform issues
- Act as liaison between the notary community and Product, advocating for features and enhancements that improve notary user experience
Requirements
- 2+ Years experience in an operational role, with a strong focus on marketplace dynamics
- Experience at a gig-economy, logistics, or platform company is a plus
- Proven ability to use data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, ADX, Zendesk)
- Creative and analytical problem-solver able to diagnose complex marketplace problems and design scalable solutions
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas to internal stakeholders and a decentralized workforce
- Deep understanding of Gig Workers' needs and motivations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution and delivery focus
