Product Manager

• Own the product strategy for our crypto use case and define a long-term vision for how identity, authentication, and trust are embedded across crypto and payments ecosystems
• Lead customer and partner conversations across stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment companies, compliance organizations, and Web3 platforms to drive insight that informs product direction
• Drive early product-market discovery to identify where Proof unlocks real customer value across stablecoin rails, travel rule compliance, AML and KYC workflows, digital identity, verifiable credentials, and agentic commerce
• Build deep expertise at the intersection of identity, device intelligence, authentication, and crypto to influence engineering direction and architectural decisions
• Develop clear product roadmaps, define success metrics, and present strategy to senior leadership, customers, and partners
• Make high judgment decisions in ambiguous environments by synthesizing data, customer feedback, and industry signals
• Partner closely with engineering to write specs, manage sprints, troubleshoot customer issues, and guide the execution of complex technical projects
• Build strong relationships across the crypto ecosystem and represent Proof at conferences, customer sessions, and industry events
• Work with Solutions, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align on positioning, drive adoption, and support early use cases

Director of Product, Crypto

General Counsel

• Own the monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of state and federal legislation, regulations, and administrative rules across a wide range of technology policy areas including: remote online notarization, digital identity, privacy, AI, electronic signatures, fraud prevention, and financial services. Synthesize high volumes of bills and executive actions into clear summaries, redlines, and statutory guidance
• Build and maintain Proof's legislative and regulatory tracking infrastructure. Stand up and manage a structured system in Confluence and Quorum, giving stakeholders real-time visibility into bill status, trends, and strategic priorities. Develop bill review guidelines that map to the company's strategic priorities and vision
• Review, redline, and propose changes to legislation and regulations. Evaluate proposals for impact, compliance, and risk—delivering clear recommendations grounded in policy analysis and aligned with company strategy
• Partner closely with Proof's Government Affairs & Public Policy team, serving as an embedded resource on policy development. Draft, refine, and support policy materials—including one-pagers, fact sheets, bill analyses, talking points, and testimony—to inform internal stakeholders, engage external audiences, and equip executives for legislative hearings, regulatory proceedings, and industry forums
• Engage directly in the legislative process alongside the GAPP team. Represent Proof in meetings with legislators, regulators, and staff in key jurisdictions, as well as at industry associations and in rulemaking proceedings
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new features and workflows are compliant by design. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and support product launches with accurate regulatory interpretation
• Support compliance programs during periods of reduced legislative activity. Assist with privacy, identity verification, fraud prevention, and general compliance tasks, including maintenance of policies and controls consistent with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GLBA, and GDPR/CCPA
• Collaborate broadly across the business. Work closely with the legal, GTM, and technology teams to ensure alignment on legislative strategy and operational execution

• Own the end-to-end design for features in Proof’s business products
• Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma

Lead Product Designer

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts with a focus on enterprise level technology transactions (e.g. SaaS)
• Partner with business and technical teams to lead, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements. Concisely explain legal terms, identify related risks, and set and execute tactics to achieve the most favorable, risk-mitigated results
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently
• Lead and support the continual effort to streamline the contracting process by improving existing contract templates, playbooks and processes, with an emphasis on efficiency and scalability. Monitor and update contracts required to comply with state and federal law as well as regulatory requirements

• Orchestrate and close profitable growth contracts of $25k-$100k in committed annual revenue.
• Establish executive relationships within prospect and customer accounts. Become a subject matter expert in online notarization, eSignature, and Identity.
