• Own key marketplace health metrics including wait times, success rates, cancellation rates, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategies to manage supply of On Demand Notaries: forecasting, onboarding, training, incentives, and engagement programs
• Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to forecast demand and anticipate customer needs and product launches
• Serve as thought leader for notary-facing communications aligned with product updates and company objectives
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies; implement scalable solutions with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a key stakeholder in incident response, providing real-time data and insights during outages or platform issues
• Act as liaison between the notary community and Product, advocating for features and enhancements that improve notary user experience
