Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with Product and Network and Agent Experience team engineers to design, create, and maintain features for Proof's customers and users
• Write quality code with a high degree of autonomy, meeting standards for performance and reliability
• Use AI tools in your day-to-day coding, review, and deployment processes to work more effectively and deliver a quality experience for our customers
• Drive project scoping activities and discussions around requirements and trade-offs
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production, pertaining to team's areas of ownership
• Drive improvements, collaboration, and best practices through code reviews and mentoring
• Proactively write and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in production on-call rotation several times a year, after receiving in-depth training

• Perform chat, email, and phone-based customer support
• Perform technical support to assist customers in navigating and troubleshooting platform issues, leveraging AI tools to diagnose problems, surface solutions, and resolve issues more efficiently
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Resolve product or service questions and technical issues by asking clarifying questions, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions engineers focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
• Serve as a player-coach by actively participating in strategic customer engagements, technical discovery, product demos, architectural discussions and proof of concepts
• Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to drive complex enterprise deals from initial qualification through technical validation and solution alignment
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to prospects and customers across fraud prevention, identity verification, digital trust, and transaction security workflows
• Translate customer pain points and business requirements into scalable technical solutions leveraging Proof’s platform capabilities
• Establish and continuously iterate upon pre-sales best practices, demo strategy, technical enablement, and operational processes to improve team effectiveness and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success to influence roadmap priorities and improve customer outcomes
• Support expansion into new verticals, use cases, and strategic partnerships
• Represent Proof at customer meetings, executive presentations, conferences, and industry events
