About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals in Germany.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive market engagement and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and conferences to strengthen visibility and positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B software or ERP solution sales, ideally within the manufacturing or mid-market segment.
- You are an experienced leader and have 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and business process optimization.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels.
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related discipline.
